Resurgence Life Skills Institute was founded in 2017 by Sandra Dinkins (Executive Director) and Keonna Daughtry (Development Director). The vision for Resurgence Life Skills Institute grew from a desire to address mental health issues in youth and adults to enhance personal and professional growth. Resurgence Life Skills Institute is incorporated as a non-profit organization. Resurgence Life Skills Institute is committed to the utilization of funds from fee-based activities to provide life skills training. Resurgence Life Skills Institute provides personal and professional training services. These services will target small and large organizations and individuals all with favorable feedback.

To educate and bring awareness of various life management skills to youth and adults from all ethnic, gender, and economic backgrounds in an effort to offer a fresh perspective to their life situations and circumstances.
Objective
To provide a welcoming, engaging, and interactive learning environment for youth and adults to enhance their knowledge and management of essential life skills through group discussions and hands-on activities.
